# Change proxy signature

> Switch the device signature reported by a mobile rotating proxy.

Changes the device signature (e.g. operating system fingerprint) used by the proxy. Available signatures can be listed via [List proxy signatures](/api/mobile/list-signatures).

## Path parameters

  UUID of the order backing the mobile rotating proxy.

## Request body

  Target device signature, e.g. `android`, `ios`, `linux`, `windows`. See [List proxy signatures](/api/mobile/list-signatures) for the full set.

## Response

Live snapshot of the mobile rotating proxy with the new signature applied. Same shape as the mobile branch of [Get order](/api/orders/get-order#response-mobile).
