# Reset proxy IP

> Rotate the public IP for a mobile rotating proxy.

Triggers an immediate IP rotation at the upstream pool. The proxy keeps the same host/port and credentials; only the externally-visible IP changes.

<Note>
  This makes a live call to the upstream pool. There is no charge per reset, but excessive rotation may be rate-limited at the pool level.

## Response

Live snapshot of the mobile rotating proxy after the rotation. Same shape as the mobile branch of [Get order](/api/orders/get-order#response-mobile) — the response includes the refreshed `current_ip` along with the rest of the proxy state.
